Kurz vor dem geplanten Release der CRJ für den Microsoft Flight Simulator hat Hans Hartmann, der Vater der virtuellen CRJ, ein Update für die PREPAR3D v4/v5 Version veröffentlicht. Die Liste der Version 2.4.0.0, die auch Service Pack 2 genannt wird, ist lang und enthält viele Verbesserungen und Features:
